Hail and Farewell

Spirits of the Northern sphere, children of the Earth,
Mountain, forest, fruit and grain that rise to give us birth,
Though the time has come to part, please remember this:
As I (we) send you homeward bound, I (we) do it with a kiss.
Hail and Farewell.
Spirits of the Western sphere, children of the Water,
Life-blood running through the veins of both the child and Mother,
Though the time has come to part, please remember this:
As I (we) send you homeward bound, I (we) do it with a kiss.
Hail and Farewell.
Spirits of the Southern sphere, children of the Fire,
You, the first small flame of life and the last great pyre,
Though the time has come to part, please remember this:
As I (we) send you homeward bound, I (we) do it with a kiss.
Hail and Farewell.
Spirits of the Eastern sphere, children of the Air,
Winds that bring a new beginning every dawning fair,
Though the time has come to part, please remember this:
As I (we) send you homeward bound, I (we) do it with a kiss.
Hail and Farewell.
